1. Data frequency of sfc temperature by sfc pressure difference

In the below figures, notice that
dp = n means the interval of n <= dp < n+1 (n = -30, -29, ..., -1, 0, 1, ..., 29).
For example, dp = -1 and dp = 0 correspond to the interval [-1,0] and [0,1], respectively.
Also,
dp < 0 means obs sfc pressure > guess sfc pressure (obs sfc is below model sfc) and
dp > 0 means obs sfc pressure < guess sfc pressure (obs sfc is above model sfc).
