4. Data Distribution
The complete nature run data are saved in NCEP, NASA/GSFC, and ESRL as well as from ECMWF and available to research community from NASA portal system
NASA portal maintenance was moved from SIVO to NCCS which is
managed by CISTO

5. In AMS meeting in New Orleans, Dr.
Andy Jones of CSU gave excellent presentation about data assimilation. I
hope he will be able to use OSSE to educate about data assimilation. Dr.
Jones kindly provided his presentation, which is posted from Joint OSSE
website.
